Where do babies come from?

The question every parent dreads hearing has finally fallen from the lips of six year old Ava Banks, the curious, precocious little girl that you fell in love with in Ignite. Jeremy and Sierra, normally blunt as can be, struggle to find the right words to answer her. So instead, they rewind sixteen years to that one fateful day where a game of Seven Minutes in Heaven inevitably led to life-long romance filled with laughter, love, and many, many mishaps along the way.
Falling in love with your best friend? It's the most incredible thing in the world. But when a love comes so easily, will it truly be able to last? When the world comes crashing down around you, can even the strongest relationship withstand great tragedy?
Stay tuned for lots of laughs, teenage awkwardness, a few tears, and most of all, mullets. Because what good love story doesn't do business in the front, and party in the back?
**While Fusion is a standalone romance, it’s best read after Ignite.
Ignite (Explosive #1)

Excerpt
“It’s fine, Jeremy. I promise. I have no problem being the Tod to your Copper. Or the Joey to your Dawson. That’s who I am.” She hesitated for a brief moment. “That’s who I’ll always be. You’re my best friend, Jeremy. It’s okay that you don’t see my boobs. Hell, it’s probably better that way.”
My stomach plummeted and if I was man enough to admit it, my eyes burned with an unexpected rush of tears. I stepped back, out of the streetlight so she couldn’t see me. It was a move she misinterpreted, but before I could find a single ounce of courage, she was waving goodbye and running into her house, leaving me there to watch her go.
Something I never wanted to do again.
It wasn’t until after Sierra left for Ohio and I had a chance to reflect on her words that I realized what she’d said. Dawson and Joey, as of right then, weren’t even speaking. Copper and Tod went their separate ways, and even though their friendship remained, they were still apart for the rest of their lives.
I didn’t want to be Copper anymore. I sure as hell didn’t want to be Dawson.
But it was too late. I’d lost my chance. I’d missed my window. Sierra was gone and there was nothing I could do about it.
Jenna was right.
I was an idiot.

*Release Blitz* Baking & Babies (Chocoholics #3) by Tara Sivec

Molly Gilmore had a good life before she uttered those two stupid words. While preparing to graduate from culinary school and building up the courage to make a move on her hot, sugar-cookie-smelling pastry instructor Marco, she can't wait to finally have the GREAT life she’s always dreamed about, instead of just the good one she’s been living.

Always known as the quiet ninja, she fully intends to stay hidden in the shadows with her nut-job family, so they have no chance to embarrass her around the man she's crushed on for two years. Unfortunately, her family has other plans. When they yank her straight out of her comfort zone, she finds herself starring in the craziest train wreck she's ever witnessed.

Molly ultimately gets a more exciting life that doesn't revolve around school, but she's pretty sure the man of her dreams won't be sticking around long after her family gets ahold of him. There aren't too many guys who can handle smelling like pee, having the whole world know how he masturbates, and being forced to eat an entire bag of dicks.

Join the Chocolate Lovers and Chocoholics gang for one final story about love, baked goods, making poor life choices, and remembering how important family is—even if they drive you insane.

Mostly because it's illegal to kill them.

I received an advanced copy of this story for an honest review.

One imaginary fetus. A pornographic cookbook. A flustered TV documentary crew. True love. Oh, and Tom Brady. To find out how all these things are related you’re going to have to jump head first into Baking & Babies (Chocoholics #3). Obscenely funny, off-the-charts dirty, and a touchingly heartfelt take on the importance of family – Baking & Babies is an absolute must read.

What I Loved: A longtime fan of both the Chocolate Lovers and Chocoholics series, Baking & Babies (Chocoholics #3) was a note perfect wrap-up for author Tara Sivec’s hysterical cast of characters. I in turns laugh snorted, read through my fingers blushing like my face was on fire, and shed a few tears. Molly & Marco’s unusual romance was the stuff of Ellis & Gilmore family legend. This book left me smiling for days.

What I Didn’t Love: Vomit. There are several scenes involving various characters tossing their cookies that made me a little green around the gills. Baking & Babies still kicks booty but if you get queasy consider yourself warned.

Favorite Quotes:

“You changed everything, Molly. You are your crazy family made me want things I never thought I did before. I’ve never been so tied up in knots or so scared or crazy. You make me crazy, and it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me.”

“Now that you’re adults, I’m not ashamed to admit I’ve done research on turning you into mail-order brides and shipping you off to another country to make you someone else’s problem. Can you girls finally admit you love each other and stop acting like assholes?”

“Sorry. This is really the end. Hug it out, bitches.”

Happy reading.

DAMN IT. DAMN IT. DAMN IT.

Sigh.

Who knew a Dystopian paranormal erotica romance drama could enthrall me, emotionally gut me, and leave me begging for more?  Did Blood of Eve (Book 2) go where I wanted it to go - No. Did Blood of Eve go where it was destined to go - ABSOLUTELY. There's not much I can share about Blood of Eve without spoiling it so let me just say author Pam Godwin wrote a 5 star story that kept me in a mixed state of excitement, hope, and fear. Blood of Eve was spot on. Just be prepared to need a box of tissues and a stiff drink... or three.

Blood of Eve was written as a follow-up to Dead of Eve and should not be read as a standalone. The conclusion to the trilogy, Dawn of Eve (Book 3), is planned for release in 2016. I'll just be rocking in the corner patiently waiting.

Favorite Quotes:

"My heart belongs to my guardians. There will be no others for me."

"Don't you know? You're my everything. My anguish. My heaven. There is nothing but you."

"Fuck. I stood on the corner of Gravelly Brogue Street and Burning Glare Boulevard. It was a dangerous place for a woman to venture, alone and unarmed. Yet I'd never felt safer or more excited."

Happy reading.

Best Selling Author Kindle Alexander is an innovative writer, and a genre-crosser who writes classic fantasy, romance, suspense, and erotica in both the male/male and male/female genres. It's always a surprise to see what's coming next!
I live in the suburbs of Dallas where it's true, the only thing bigger than an over active imagination, may be women's hair!
Usually, I try for funny. Humor is a major part of my life - I love to laugh, and it seems to be the thing I do in most situations - regardless of the situation, but jokes are a tricky deal... I don't want to offend anyone and jokes tend to offend. So instead I'm going to tell you about Kindle.
I tragically lost my sixteen year old daughter to a drunk driver. She had just been at home, it was early in the night and I heard the accident happen. I'll never forget that moment. The sirens were immediate and something inside me just knew. I left my house, drove straight to the accident on nothing more than instinct. I got to be there when my little girl died - weirdly, I consider that a true gift from above. She didn't have to be alone.
That time in my life was terrible. It's everything you think it would be times about a billion. I love that kid. I loved being her mother and I loved watching her grow into this incredibly beautiful person, both inside and out. She was such a gift to me. To have it all ripped away so suddenly broke me.
Her name was Kindle. Honest to goodness - it was her name and she died a few weeks before Amazon released their brand new Kindle ereader. She had no idea it was coming out and she would have finally gotten her name on something! Try finding a ruler with the name Kindle on it.. It never happened.
Through the course of that crippling event I was lucky enough to begin to write with a dear friend in the fan fiction world of Facebook. She got me through those dark days with her unwavering support and friendship. There wasn't a time she wasn't there for me. Sometimes together and sometimes by myself, we built a world where Kindle lives and stands for peace, love and harmony. It's its own kind of support group. I know without question I wouldn't be here today without her.

*Review* Darkest Before Dawn (KGI #10) by Maya Banks

THE ALL-NEW KGI NOVEL from the “incredibly awesome" (Jaci Burton) #1 New York Times bestselling author of When Day Breaks.

The Kelly Group International (KGI): A super-elite, top secret, family-run business.
Qualifications: High intelligence, rock-hard body, military background.
Mission: Hostage/kidnap victim recovery. Intelligence gathering. Handling jobs the U.S. government can’t...

The enigmatic Hancock has been both opponent and ally to the KGI teams for as long as they've known him. Always working a deep game, Hancock's true allegiance has never been apparent, but one thing is for certain—he never lets anything get in the way of duty.

But now, his absolute belief in the primacy of his ultimate goal is challenged by a captive he's been ordered to guard, no matter how much she suffers in her prison. She's the only woman who's ever managed to penetrate the rigid walls surrounding his icy heart, but will he allow his perplexing feelings for the beautiful victim to destroy a mission he's spent years working to complete or will he be forced to sacrifice her for “the greater good.”

I received a copy of this story for an honest review.

What I Loved: Darkest Before Dawn is a timely tale of very real evil in the world and how it can impact the best of us. Honor and Hancock are a perfect yin and yang, a woman who has seen the worst and yet risks her very being to combat it and a man who has done unspeakable things in an attempt to protect the greater good. Honor's innocent resolve is a charming counter balance to the world weariness of Hancock. I appreciated that Darkest Before Dawn solidly on the chaos around the pair and how it impacted their evolving relationship more than them having a primarily physical relationship.

What I Didn't Love: Darkest Before Dawn is not for the faint of heart. Though I loved the story there are some dark scenes that can be a trigger. If you're looking for light hearts and flowers - this isn't it.

Favorite Quotes:

"There was no room for second place. Second place got her unimaginable pain and degradation and eventually death. Her only choice was to fight as she'd never fought before. And win."

"You can't control my feelings, Hancock. You control my fate, yes. My ultimate destiny. My life even. But you can't control me."

"He'd never felt a sense of homecoming that rivaled the touching of two hearts, body and soul. He knew he never would again."

"How long would it take for me to kill the thing that sets you so far apart from the rest of the wold? Your smile, your sunshine, your kindness and generosity. I would smother you, Honor. And eventually I would destroy you."

Happy reading.
