*New Release & Review* Her Touch by Alexa Riley

Eli Strong got out of the military and all he wanted to do was get better. He never expected that the officer he was living with would have a daughter who tested his honor.

Maggie Drummond has been moved around more times than she can count, and starting at a new high school sucks. But when a wounded Marine comes to live with her and her dad, suddenly Maggie figures out what home is.

She’s forbidden fruit, and he’s trying to not to taste… But desire can only be denied for so long. Circumstances keep pulling them back together, and something truly unforeseen happens. Overnight, Eli becomes a guardian and Maggie his ward.

Will Eli keep his hands off Maggie? Will Maggie like it if he doesn’t? Will the two of them break the law because it feels so good? Only one way to find out!

Warning: This book will make you ache in the best way possible! It’s so sweet it’s disgusting, and yet we just can’t stop. It’s a coming-of-age story that’s just what the author ordered. So eat up and enjoy!

I received a copy of this story for an honest review.

Alexa Riley stories tend to make me happy with their balance of sugary first loves and steamy steamy steamy encounters (Did I mention steamy?). Her Touch is a wonderful addition to the Alexa Riley universe and I highly recommend it. This quick and easy read left me smiling and I've already re-read it.

What I Loved: Maggie and Eli quickly became one of my favorite Alexa Riley couples. There's a nice growth to the pairs connection, a slow but steady burn that leads to a raging passionate fire. The pair get a worthy epilogue that was icing on this delicious cupcake. Bonus, there is a secondary romance storyline that just added to the overall enjoyability of the story.

What I Didn't Love: Not much to dislike on this one. Small warning to those who don't like dirty talk... you probably shouldn't be reading an Alexa Riley anyway but this one will definitely make your ears steam.

Favorite Quotes:

"She's like pure sunshine with her warmth and glow, and I'm just a planet revolving around her. She pulls me to her like gravity, and I can't seem to walk away."

"We may be a makeshift family, but we're family all the same. We've got it where it counts the most in our hearts."

"We're all different  pieces that come together and make a beautiful puzzle."

Happy reading.
